SUMMARY

Beyond the reality where we live in, there is a parallel world, called AME (Anime & Manga Earth), where the characters of all existing in mangas meet togheter. Mion Diamond, a schoolgirl who aspires to become a famous mangaka in the real world, in this parallel world is part of the World Order, with a mandate to protect civilians who are not directly part of the mangas and ensure that they are not implied into fights.
The Kanrisha, the institution that governs AME, administers the mangas, distributing roles to Characters through the selections that sometimes are  too strict or corrupted by money, thereby giving an advantage to the rich ones.
The feeling of dissatisfaction with the Kanrisha, which denies these rumors, gave birth to the movement of "Rebels" led by Nate Nakano, who wants to destroy and rebuild a society free of injustice and equal.
Mion is currently awaiting a positive response to leave the Order, and eventually become a Character, when suddenly a large number of Characters begin to die inexplicably in their manga and ending up in Shinkawa Babel, capital of AME. It will be the girl who will deal with the problem and calm down their protests led by the "Red Devil" ...
